I take a bath to boost my immunity and drink energy drink before I go to sleep. I always try to cure ills by myself rather than go to hospital. However I think lately that I should go to hospital and be taken cure by professional.

If I have a cold or fever, I take a day off or two from work so that I can stay at home and rest. I eat things like chicken noodle soup or chicken rice porridge and drink a lot of water. If my condition doesn't seem to improve much, then I'll go to the doctor. Usually, they'll prescribe an antibiotic.
