If the plane I'm on has an entertainment system, I usually play games or watch movies on it. However, the size of screen is generally small, so I can't see it for long time because of tired eyes. I think sleeping might be the best way to spend too much time.

"see" is passive. It's more like 見える . "watch" is active, and better to use in this situation.
I think sleeping might be the best way to spend time when I have too much time.
Just more natural phrasing.

I wish I could sleep on planes, but I can't. So usually I bring a bunch of electronic devices and a book. Usually for long flights I finish the book and use up all the batteries though...
How do you spend your time during a long-haul flight?

Good job!
I've been on 17 hour long flights before when I was a kid. I'd probably would've enjoyed it if there was a video game entertainment system. I just watched whatever movie(s) were available for in-flight entertainment. I remember watching the first of Michael Bay's "Transformers" movies, "Ratatouille", and "Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince" on those flights. Because I was a kid, I also remember occasionally flipping it to a channel that had information about the flight. There was a real time map of where the plane was, the plane's speed, and also the weather. For some reason I found that entertaining as a child. Other than that, I slept, talked to my family, and ate the food they provided.

When talking about something a physical item / real thing, you wouldn't say you "can't see" something unless you physically cannot see it. For example, "I can't see the screen because it is blocked by a person" or "I can't see because I am blind".
I think sleeping might be the best way to spend too muchmost of my time.
"Too much" is normally a negative thing. You would use it to say something is negatively too much most of the time. For example: "There is too much rain", "Don't add too much sugar", "I can't do too much to help". There are some exceptions but you wouldn't use it in the way you have typically.
