How do you know if a coworker is jealous?
It doesn‘t matter at all for knowing if a coworker is jealous because you are working in an environment which includes interest conflict and cooperation. You don’t need to know how your coworker is thinking about you and you only need to know how you to achieve your goals in a workplace. I know it is not politically correct, but it is useful because you will not have full energy to your work if you spend some time to think about how others are thinking about you and you will get a wrong judgement even if you do that.
People’s minds are like oceans which we can’t figure it out. Just be a nice and strong employee and maybe that will take your mind clean and better.
