How Do I Stay Motivated?

This is what I learned from the book "Feel-Good Productivity" by Ali Abdaal, a master guru of productivity.

Simply, his favorite way is to consume different form of content created by his role model.

Which is stories from succeed people in his industries by listen to podcasts, read books, watch videos.

I found that not only makes me feel more confident, but more motivating, feel more empower.

Then, whether I feel good or not, just take action and start doing.

They (perhaps they're scientists) called that "Enactive mastery experiences"

The more you do something, the better you feel, then your confidence grows, which leads to feel empower, and it's easier to feel motivated next time you do it.

Every day, I consume at least a video, a podcast, or some pages of a book about stories of succeed people that I want to become.
