How do I overcome this deep depression? I don't know why. Other people can give an advice but not myself.
I just got depression yesterday and I feel very bad because I got very bad feedback from life in the whole day. Let me tell you one by one from my own story and how I defeat the depression. Opinion always be the first: You need to build a strong mindset and the most reliable person is yourself, only yourself.
I am doing my internship in a big company in China. And I forgot to attend the weekly meeting in the morning yesterday when I am falling in my work. My mentor or leader (actually he doesn’t want me to call him mentor) told me:” Dude, you are working. You can go home to work if you play the single game.” I thought everyone and big boss are mad but I get to know nobody noticed this and the meeting is not a big deal, but I get the bad feedback from my leader, his attitude is bad when he was talking with me. This was the first bad thing for me.
I am a sophomore at a top university in Malaysia, and I keep a not bad grade as a 2 times dean’s list holder. I am confident and complacent. I was preparing for a presentation and I thought my work is great, dr is mad when I finished my presentation. He said I am out of the topic because I was promoting a to B product called lark but he wants me to promote a consumer product. I don’t understand why to B product is not a consumer product. And I was debating with him, he told me I will get low marks if I still stick that. This was the second bad thing for me.
I got two fails in one day. In further, I have deep depression and was very unhappy whole day. However, I was very happy today.
How do I do? I have changed my mindset.
At the beginning, I try to share my sadness to my friends but It doesn’t work even if my friend comforted me. I only feel unhelpful when I finished my complaint and grumble. I actually overcome the obstacles when I told myself I should be a strong person like Kobe, learbon James, and Jordan.
“Don’t easily explore your gentle and vulnerable side to people no matter who they are. Try to digest and process the bad matter yourself. And only you can save yourself in the situation. You might ask, what if I can not? I am sorry I have to say:” You have to do that because this is the course of growing up.”
There should be some people who have experienced the same journey like us. We only be more strong and strong that we can survive in the suffering. And I believe you can do it.

From the title, I thought you would be writing about depression (the illness) and not, how to cheer yourself up after having a bad day. Personally, I'd advise against using the term "depression" for describing temporary lapses in mood, as that makes light of the actual illness and is also kind of misleading.
Other people can give anme advice, but notI can't do it for myself.
