Tonight, I was eating my dinner while watching YouTube.
The Japanese YouTuber I followed had a three-day trip to enjoy the hot spring in Gunma prefecture, Japan.
This is one of the three famous hot spring spots in Japan. In the city, there is a hot spring field called "Kusatsu Onsen Yuda" in the open air.
Since the temperature of the Kusatu spring source is quite high, the hot spring can only be used by cooling down a bit through the hot spring field.
Even though there are hot springs in China, I haven't seen such a big scale.
I tried hot springs when I traveled to Japan. At that time, I noticed that you must be naked when you go into the hot spring pools.
In the beginning, I felt a little bit embarrassed. But I felt comfortable when I adapted.
I hope next time when I go to Japan, I can have a chance to enjoy the Kusatsu Onsen.
Hot Springs
I'm not sure why, but Hot Springs is always plural in English.

The Japanese YouTuber I am followed hading took a three-day trip to enjoy the hot springs in Gunma prefecture, Japan.
Since this happened tonight, we can reasonably assume that you are still following the youtuber...
This is one of the three famous hot spring spots in Japan.
Here, Hot Spring is used as an adjective, so you can keep it singular
In the city, there is a hot spring field called "Kusatsu Onsen Yuda" in the open air.
It would sound better to say "In the city, there is an open-air hot spring field called "Kusatsu Onsen Yuda".
Since the temperature of the Kusatu spring source is quite high, the hot springs can only be used by cooling the water down a bit through the hot spring field.
Even though there are hot springs in China, I haven't seen any on such a big scale.

Very well done!

To say, "I followed," implies you no longer follow this YouTuber and this story is from the distant past. But since you started by saying, "Tonight, I was eating my dinner," it implies you are still actively following the YouTuber.

"Such a big scale," is awkward wording and does not make sense in this context.
I trivisited hot springs when I traveled to Japan.
"I tried," implies you tasted or ate something in this context.
At thate time, I noticed that you must be naked when you go into the hot spring pools.
If you say, "At that time," it implies continuity, so you will follow up your statement, but now I learned..." Since this happened only once, you write, "At the time".
In the beginning, I felt a little bit embarrassed.
But I felt comfortable when I adapted.

You do not need to say when in this case.
