I was at home when studied English the whole day.
But I can’t speak English…I’m sad.
I know it takes time. I can’t except to speak suddenly.
I want to be able to speak a lot more, and soon.
I study head it. I need to keep going.
Today I cooked Omurice for dinner. Family’s ate together.
10 years girl sad “I want more”
I’m happy to hear that!
I’ll try to keep going and speak English too!
Homestay five days
I was at home whenand studied English the whole day.
You would not use "when" here, it would not make sense, this is because there is no relationship between "I was at home" and "Studying English the whole day". When joining two sentence clauses, use a conjunction like "and", "or" and "but".
But I can’t speak English…I’m sad.
I know it takes time.
I can’t exceppect to speak suddenly.
Wrong Word used here "except" means "to not be a part of", "expect" is to "believe in an objective"
I want to be able to speak a lot more fluently, and soon.
"A lot" more doesn't really make sense since what exactly do you want from speaking more? You would want fluency and clarity when speaking.
I study headard for it.
Wrong word "Head" is a part of the human body, I don't you meant that.
I need to keep going.
Today I cooked Omurice for dinner.
FOur family’ies ate together.
Your host family and your family both ate so its plural. "Family's" means that the eating belonged to the family but that does not make sense, the families are doing the action of eating not owning it.
A 10 years girl sadwas sad, saying “I want more”

I’m happy to hear that!
You have to clarify, the girl said that not you! When a subject is talking we need some sort of indication of who said it so in this case the girl "said" that she wanted more Omurice
I’ll try to keep going and speak English too!

Looks like a very lovely day and it seems you are having fun.
Learning a language should not feel like a letdown as a skill you are lacking and more of a progress tracker to see how far you have come in tackling something you are not familiar with.
You will definitely get better at English, my advice for you is probably to read simple books and watch more TV shows that are in simple English, if they get easy for you then try more complex TV shows and books.
Keep trying and one day you will become very fluent in English, maybe more than me! おめでとう!
