Home Vacation
I really liked to go abroad during my vacations.
If I had a chance, i went to Japan or China once a year.
These days, it isn’t possible because of Covid-19
This time, I just stayed at home during my 3 days vacation last week.
At first, it was very boring since I couldn’t see anything outside.
However, I finally enjoyed spending my time at home.
I read many books, watched videos.
In the end, I changed my mind that the home vacation was also good.

It's confusing because obviously you are talking about multiple days but in this context you need to say '3 day vacation' not '3 days vacation' :)
