Quite a couple of mistakes. When making a new point like arriving to London and studying in London, you can relate them but in the sentence structure you made it would be better to make it a new sentence since they are two different points. There is also a mix of past and present tense quite often in this journal, I suggest you look through past, present and future tense to help you speak properly with the situation.
