Some people really loves to travel and learn about new cultures, but I don't really like it, I prefer to stay at my home, where everything/anything that I could need is near. For example, if I have an emergency I know exactly who I should call, or where I should go. I really like to be in a safe and confortable place, where I've food, entertainment and heating.

Very minor change, but I would say "at home" or "in my home" sounds more natural than "at my home".
For example, if I have an emergency I know exactly who I should call, or where I should go.

I don't often see "I've" used as a contraction to say "I have" as in "tener". It is usually only used for the auxiliary verb form (haber). For example: "I have 3 cats" usually isn't "I've 3 cats" but "I have come from downtown" is commonly "I've come from downtown". This might be different in other countries or in speech, but in writing, very uncommon.
