Hola a tots
Hola a tots. Després d'un interval de quasi cinc anys vull intentar altre vegada a millorar el meu català. Fa anys vaig utilizar lang-8 com una eina per practicar la meva escriptura. No sé si hi ha algú aquí amb la català com llengua materna. Potser no. Però em sembla una plataforma bona, per això intentaré aquí. Estaré agraït per a qualsevol ajuda.

Després d'un interval de quasigairabé cinc anys vull intentar millorar una altrea vegada a millorar el meu català.
"Quasi" is probably correct but sounds ackward to me. "Gairabé" has the same meaning here and sounds more natural.
Also, I'd say "vull tornar a intentar" and not just "vull intentar" because you're saying this is not the first time you try.

I'll say that I wasn't expecting I'd correct anyone's Catalan in here but I'm happy to be wrong. Your catalan is quite good already! Bona sort en aquest nou intent! :)

I'm glad you are here! I think you are the only Catalan so far. I passed the exam for A1&2 about 5 years ago, but then dropped out of B, about when we got to the subjunctive. And then let it all lapse.
