I went to Hokkaido with my friend from high school about two weeks ago. It was so fun. I think men tend to hangout with multiple people, so trip for two men is rare. He is cheerful and I can just be myself around him, so I really enjoyed it. There are a lot of local dishes in Hokkaido like seafoods, Jingisukan, Miso Ramen, icecream, soup curry and things like that. Although we don't like shellfish, we fully enjoyed these dishes. Additionally, we went to Mt.Hakodate of the world's 3 night views. It was magnificent scenery. Hokkaido is so vast we couldn't get around the whole it,.so I want to go there again.

I think men tend to hang out with multiple people, so tripit's rare for two men is rarto take a trip alone.
"Hangout" = informal noun describing an event where people hang out. "Hang out" as an action is always two words.
He is cheerful and I can just be myself around him, so I really enjoyed it.

"Seafood" is pretty much never in the plural. Soup and curry are two separate dishes, so I added a comma. The comma after "curry" is optional (it's called an Oxford comma).
Although we don't like shellfish, we fureally enjoyed these dishes.
"Really" sounds a little more natural here.
Additionally, we went to Mt.Hakodate of the world's 3 night views.
Hmm, I'm not sure what you mean by "of the world's 3 night views?" If you leave me a comment to clarify, I can try to help find another way to say it.
ItThe scenery was magnificent scenery.
Hokkaido is so vast we couldn't get around the whole it,.big that we weren't able to see everything, so I want to go there again.
