Second Day
Today was my second day of training at the gift shop. It had been a week since my first one. I only worked for four hours, but once I got home, I didn’t feel like doing anything. I should have reviewed the diary I wrote yesterday. If this goes on like this, my English won’t improve.
Today’s diary is a bit short, but I’m getting sleepy.

Amazing job - only one small tense error with "had" and "has". "Had" being wrong due to being in the past tense but "has" is in the present tense.

"It had" is grammatically correct, but it refers to two events that both happened in the past, whereas "It has" links one event from the past to now. Because you are talking about today being your second day of training (now) and your first day was one week ago (in the past), I think it's more natural to use "it has".
