I love my pets. I have two dogs, and I have loved them since I adopted them. Now, I have been with them for almost three years. My partner and I adopted them together. In the shelter, they told us they were already friends and we didn't have the heart to separate them. Since that day they have been together for everything! If one has to go to the vet, the other must be there too! and if the other one needs a bath cause it made a mess outside in the garden, the other one needs a bath too!
However, their personalities are completely different. Pinky, the little one, is kind of a Chihuahua, but a little taller, and her personality is completely a Chihuahua, barks everyone, and fears anything bigger than a shoe. She always runs from here to there, she is a hyperactive dog! On the other hand, we have Buba, who is the calmest dog I have ever met! She is super sweet with humans. Even when someone is petting her and for some reason that person stops the petting, she requests more! How does she do that, you ask? She pushes her mouth into your leg or hand and finally, she uses her best love weapon, her puppy eyes. Could you resist it? I'm never able to ignore that, and I end up petting her for hours. But as I was saying, she is very different from Pinky. She never barks at anyone or anything unless it is a dog. Also, she never stands up from her bed unless it is some food or walking time.
In summary, Pinky could stay all day outside running and fetching birds, and Buba could stay all day sleeping in her bed and eating. But the catch is they need to be together, cause if not any would be happy, Pinky would be searching for Buba and Buba would not rest until finding Pinky. Maybe each other could hate the habits of the other, but they have learned how to enjoy each other so much, that they can't imagine a day with the other.

In the shelter, they told us they were already friends and we didn't have the heart to separate them. In the shelter, they told us they were already friends and we didn't have the heart to separate them.
If the decision not to separate them was your decision, then this sentence works great. If it was the shelter's decision (at least here sometimes they will say you have to take both or neither), then I would say: "The shelter told us they were already bonded and they didn't have the heart to separate them."

Another good option would be to change the second half to "the other one wants a bath too" (since they wouldn't technically need one, but it still underlines how they want to match in every way).

Great work! I enjoyed ready about your pets. Wishing them more happiness and love!
Now, IThey have beenlived with themus for almost three years.
They have lived with us for almost three years.
“I have been with them” sounds as if you’re dating them. You would normally say “I have been with my fiancé for almost three years” for example.
Since that day they have been together for everythingadopting them they are inseparable!
Since adopting them they are inseparable!
I don’t know what day you’re referring to.
and if the other one needs a bath cause it made a mess outside in the garden, the other one needs a bath too! and if the other one needs a bath cause it made a mess outside in the garden, the other one needs a bath too!
Normally people refer to their pets with genders. Instead of “it”, I would use “he/she”.

“The petting” sounds a bit strange. “Petting” doesn’t need an article.

It’s more natural to say “gets up” instead of standing up from bed.

“Any would be happy” sounds better as “they won’t be happy”. “Any” is more general, and in this context you’re referring to your dogs. Hence, “they”. The last sentence was complicated to read, so I tried to rephrase it accurately while keeping the original sentiment.

What a pleasure it was to read your story. Your dogs sound super cute and while reading your story I couldn’t help but smile! I look forward to reading more from you. You write very well in English and apart from a few mistakes it’s very evident to me that you have a firm grasp of the language!
