Hi there! It's my first text in English.

My name is Artemiy. I study English for 3 years. I used many different apps for learning English. A Duolingo app was the most easier to me. Next step was watching Youtube movies on English language. Also I brought a book, the book was named "Dandelion wine". That book was too hard to understanding, so I take it off for good times.

Thanks for the corrections!

Hi there! It's my first text in English.

My name is Artemiy.

I've studyied English for 3 years.

"I studied English for 3 years" also works, but adding the "have" sounds better because you have not stopped studying English. "I have studied English for 3 years."

I used many different apps for learning English.

AThe Duolingo app was the most easier toeasiest for me.

Also I brought a book, t. The book was named "Dandelion wine".

That book was too hard to understanding, so I takeook it off for good times.

I'm not sure what "take it off for good times" means, but it should also be past tense.

Thank you! I meant "I put it off until better times". And I didn't mean "brought the book" but "bought the book". (I wrote this answer using Google Translate).
