Which one is correct? What is the difference between these two ?
1. Did you see any friends of you at the funfair?
2. Did you see any friends of yours at the funfair?
3. This is a picture of me.
4. This is a picture of mine.
5. The largest jungle in the world is called the Amazon.
6. The jungle largest in the world is called the Amazon.

This is correct.
You could also say: "Did you see any of your friends at the funfair?"
3. This is a picture of me.
4. This is a picture of mine.
This is also correct. However, not the differences as follows:
sentence 3. "This is a picture of me." This means that the picture shows your image on it. It is a picture of me, not you, not him and not them; and
sentence 4. "This is a picture of mine." This means that the picture belongs to me.
5. The largest jungle in the world is called the Amazon.
6. The jungle largest in the world is called the Amazon.
This is not correct. However, you could say: "The jungle that is the largest in the world is called the Amazon."
