1. If you’re writing this like a letter, there should be an indent after “Dear friends,”
2. The way you phrased it can sound a bit odd, and depending on your tone can be taken as rude. A better way to phrase it is to drop the “so” and rephrase “please can you help me” to “can you please help me”
3. When using commas in lists, they go after every item in the list except for the final item, and an “an” goes before the final item
4. Also some spelling errors here

Include a question mark when you're asking a question. Also, you should probably check the spelling of long words in a dictionary. Knowing how to spell words in English often isn't intuitive, unfortunately.
