I had an assignment which was a really tough one. I need to explain art history using annotations such as books(not allowed to use Wikipedia). However, I had no time to finish this, so I used ChatGPT and just explained in Japanese like "Please write a 150-word sentence with like a high school student's grammar level. Don't be specific because I didn't read it, and the professor also knows". And GPT answered splendidly well. My brain says, "This is not the right thing" and I feel guilty. AI is really useful these days, but it also makes me lazy. That's why I came back here to write English on my own. AI is too easy, and it leads me to take the easy way and making me unable to think anything by myself.
I have to be strict with myself!!!

I think you mean a 150 word paragraph or essay. A 150 word sentence would be a very long sentence!

This is good English, but the word "splendidly" is an unnatural word choice here unless you are using it humorously

Generally your brain is the organ, but your thoughts come from your mind (or sometimes your head). But when you're feeling guilty it's often called your conscious. (I know it's very confusing!!)

If you want to practice with chatgpt ask it to talk to you in simple English! I use it to help me with Japanese a lot. That way you can get help from AI but still work on your English!
