I was reading a book about suffering and how suffering is inevitable. Rich people suffer because of riches, poor people suffer because of poverty, People who don't have families suffer because of it and those who have families suffer because of it. I don't remember all the examples that the author gave in the book, But what I do remember is that deny your suffering will not do you any good, you must do something about it, you must try to solve your problems.
The author said that by trying to solve your problems , new problems will develop but that's life it's inevitable and by trying to solve your problems you become a happy person.

Rich people suffer because of riches, their wealth and poor people suffer because of poverty,. People who don't have families suffer because of it and those who have families suffer because of it.
Separated into separate sentences because it flows better.
I don't remember all the examples that the author gaive in the book, But what. However, I do remember is that to deny your suffering will not do you any good, and that you must do something about it, you must try to solve your problems.
*In English, we talk about things that happen in a book in present tense.
* "do something about it" and "try to solve your problems" feel redundant. Either one is fine but I wouldn't use both.
The author said that bBy trying to solve your problems , new problems will develop but that's life it's inevitable and by trying to solve your problems youeventually develop. Unfortunately, that's just life. Problems are inevitable. By doing something about them, you have a better chance of becomeing a happy person.
