I just tried to guess what the non-English part means :P

I don`t know very of emuch English, 'por isso acabo misturando' veryso I keep mixing it up a lot with my mother language mother.

When you "mix" something, you put 2 or more things together. And "mix up" is when you do it by accident :)

Example:
1. "Please mix the water and flour!"
2. "Oops! I keep *mixing up* German and French words!"
