Personally, I try to eat healthy every day.
First of all, I eat vegetables as much as I can.
When I was young, I liked to eat meat because it was delicious and made me stronger.
But now, it gives me more heavier and my stomach is not good enough to digest it.
That’s why I eat vegetables.
Next, I drink a lot of tea.
Pure water is not tasty, so I usually steep tea when I drink.
Tea helps my skin smoother, clean my stomach and relieve my stress.
Because of any toxic ingredients and many good ones,
Like this, I eat healthy food for my body.
Tea helps my skin smoother, clean my stomach and relieve my stress.
Tea makes my skin smoother, cleanses my stomach and relieves my stress.
Feedback
When you want to say that you're making your body/mind clean, it sounds better to say that you cleanse it instead of that you clean it.
Healthy Food
Personally, I try to eat healthily every day.
Some native speakers would say it how you did, but how you eat should technically be an adverb (healthily) instead of an adjective (healthy).

I edited it to make it sound like eating meat makes your body weigh more. If it makes you feel heavy (bloated or sluggish), you should say:
But now, it makes me feel heavy, and my stomach cannot digest it.
That’s why I eat vegetables.
Next, I drink a lot of tea.
Pure water is not tasty, so I usually steep tea when I drink.
When you don't specify what you're drinking, it is assumed that you are drinking alcohol.
Tea helps make my skin smoother, clean my stomach and relieve my stress.
You could also say:
Tea makes my skin smoother, cleans my stomach, and relieves my stress.
Because of any toxic ingredients and many good ones,
I don't know what you are trying to say. Do you want to say that tea clears out the toxic stuff in your body? That tea contains toxic ingredients? If you comment back on the post, I can help you figure it out.
LIn ways like this, I eat healthy food for my body.
The clause at the beginning of the sentence is awkward. The way I edited it suggests that there are other healthy things you eat.

Nice job! There's one piece that I don't understand, but everything else was clear.
