Health management

Yesterday I had to take a day off from work because I was so dizzy. When I recovered and came to work today, a lot of people worried about me. I was surprised and embarrassed at the same time that all the people in the same room knew about it, even though I had only contacted the people I work with. Get enough sleep, don't stress yourself out, get your nutrition in! Taking care of yourself is part of the job!

Health management

Yesterday, I had to take a day off from work because I was so dizzy.

When I recovered and came to work today, a lot of people were worried about me.

I was surprised and embarrassed at the same time that all the people in the same room knew about it, even though I had only contacted the people I work with.

A subordinate clause "even though..." only requires a comma if it goes before the main clause "I was surprised...".

The phrase "at the same time" isn't necessary to indicate you experienced both emotions when you entered the room.

Because you are in the room, you don't need to specify it was the "same room",

"Get enough sleep", d"Don't stress yourself out", g"Get your nutrition in!"

Taking care of yourself is part of the job!
