I thougt I whould use frozen food and instant ramen yesterday.

I thought I whould use frozen food and instant ramen from yesterday. I thought I would use frozen food and instant ramen from yesterday.

Spelling mistakes. "from" is used when expressing the "origin" of something --> leftovers from 2 days ago (昨日から残り物), Jack from London (ロンドンから来たジャク), etc.

Yesterday, I thought I whould use frozen food and instant ramen yesterday. Yesterday, I thought I would use frozen food and instant ramen.

I placed "yesterday" at the beginning of the sentence to avoid confusion. Where it was it can sound like you were trying to desrcibe the food as being from yesterday, instead of being that you had this thought yesterday. If you meant the former, then JacksonRP's correction is the right one.

I thought I whould ushave frozen food and instant ramen yesterday. I thought I would have frozen food and instant ramen yesterday.

While "use frozen food" is not wrong, it is more common to say "have frozen food".

The frozen food was shumai, and the ramen was miso ramen.
