Having a good university degree guarantees people a good job.
To what extent do you agree?
Many people believe that having a good degree guarantees students get a good job. Well, I don’t agree with this statement, because there are other factors that influence people find a good job today.
To begin with, having a good grades is not related to getting a good job. In fact, if people want to find a very good job, they could need professional experience. For instance, I am a perfect example about that. I graduated from one of the best universities in my country, but it didn’t guarantee to have a good job. Well, I liked my old job because I had the opportunity to learn many technical things in situ, however, my salary was not suitable because I did not have any professional experience before. Therefore, I do not consider my old job as a good job.
Secondly, it is true that a good university degree can help people to find better opportunities in their professional field. But, sometimes these people need to develop other skills in order to get better jobs. For example, nowadays an indispensable skill in jobs is the leadership. Six years ago, I was talking with a friend who recently graduated from marketing, and she was explaining to me that most of the companies needed employees with leadership courses.
Finally, my last point is that the academic environment is totally different to workplace. If students are comfortable taking exams, doing homeworks, writing papers, they will obtain an outstanding grade from university, yet having a job is a different story. At workplace, employees have a boss, fixed schedule, pressure, work extra time, and among others. So, all these features of the job are not the same compared to the university, therefore it does not guarantee to have a good job.
To sum up, using these explanations, I think that having a great university degree does not guarantee getting a good job.

Well, I liked my old job because I had the opportunity to learn many technical things in situ, h. However, my salary was not suitable because I did not have any professional experience before.
Starting a sentence with "Well," is kind of conversational, and the tone of the rest of this seems more professional. I'm not sure what you mean by "in situ".
Therefore, I do not consider my old job as a good job.
This grammatically makes sense, but you're using "good job" a lot in this essay. Some other alternatives could be "quality employment", "satisfactory position", etc. Switching it up will help the essay sound less repetitive.

"Finally" and "my last point" are redundant here.
If students are comfortable taking exams, doing homeworks, and writing papers, they will obtain an outstanding grade from their university, yet h. Having a job is a different story.
I split this into two sentences because there were a lot of commas which can make it challenging to read.
AtIn the workplace, employees have a boss, have a fixed schedule, face pressure, work extra overtime, and among other challenges.
So, aAll these features of the jobworkplace are not the same compared to the university, therefore it does not guarantee to have a good jobexcelling in one doesn't necessarily mean excelling in the other.
The way I've rephrased this just sounds more natural to a native English speaker.

Great job! I can tell you've been studying English for a while. My only recommendation when doing writings like this would be to scan to find words you use several times, and see if you can use a thesaurus to find other synonyms. This helps the writing feel fresh and not repetitive. Overall, nice work!
