Have you ever climbed Mount Fuji?

I've not climbed Mount Fuji before, but I really would like to challenge that in order to view the rising sun from the summit. People often say Mount Fuji in winter is terrible condition, so I will avoid winter season. However, I have anxiety of my stamina because I usually don't exercise.

Corrections

I've not climbed Mount Fuji before, but I really would like to challenge thatry it in order to view the rising sun from the summit.

We don't really use the word "challenge" in this way, so something like "try it" or "attempt it" would be more natural here

People often say Mount Fuji in winter is terrible conditions for climbing, so I will avoid winter season.

However, I have anxiety of'm anxious about my stamina because I usually don't exercise.

Feedback

Overall quite natural, I can understand clearly what you wanted to convey

Thank you so much for your careful corrections.
I'm still not able to write in natural language, but I think I'm gradually getting better at writing what I want to say.

I've not climbed Mount Fuji before, but I would really would like to do the challenge that in order to view the rising sun from the summit.

People often say that Mount Fuji in winter ihas terrible conditions, so I willould avoid winter season.

Right now we are thinking about a hypothetical, so "would" not "will"

However, I have anxiety of/doubts about my stamina because I usually don't exercise.

I would use "anxiety" if you had concrete plans to climb this mountain, but since you are just doing a thought exercise, it feels more appropriate to use "doubts" to show a lack of confidence

Great job

Thank you very much for your careful correction.
I still can't use "would" properly. I need to practice more.
