Hard life for older people

It's getting harder and harder for older people to find a job in our country, especially in IT industry. IT company employers are very unfriendly to older employees and older job seekers, they make artificial barriers for them. Such as excessive demands, the non-renewable labor contract etc.
On the other hand, most older people have to take care of their parents and their children. Sometimes, they feel really desperate for life. How life can be so hard!

It's getting harder and harder for older people to find a job in our country, especially in the IT industry.

IT company employers are very unfriendly to older employees and older job seekers,; they make artificial barriers for them.

The two clauses are disconnected enough that a longer pause like a semicolon or full stop sounds more natural to me.

Such asFor example, excessive demands, the non-renewable labor contracts etc.

"Such as" is usually used for joining clauses, rather than starting entire new sentences.

Sometimes, they feel really desperate forin life.

SThey make artificial barriers for them, such as excessive demands, the non-renewable labor contract etc.

Starting a sentence with "such as" is grammatically incorrect, so I used the ending from the sentence above to fix this.

Sometimes, they feel really desperate fobecause of their life.

Feeling desperate for something usually means that you want something very badly, but I think don't think that is what you're trying to say here.

Feedback

This is pretty good overall!
