My boyfriend's birthday is today. We have gone through a lot, and he's my main reason for joy.
We studied at the same school, passed exams together, and worried that we wouldn't get into university. Then we lived in the same dormitory, which I was sick to death of. We moved twice, did repairs, coped with losses, were in a long-distance relationship, got a cat... He still cooks breakfast for us and carries me over puddles.
I'm not a perfect person, but he takes me as I am. Every time I think that he will be disappointed in me, he just says that everyone has flaws.
He's more pessimistic than I am (quite a couple, huh?). We often argue because of it, as we have too many negative thoughts for two people. We never get bored when we spend time together. We're happy to be with each other.
He's an editor and a horror writer. He's a very active person who often doubts himself. I really want him to achieve everything he wants in his career because I want to see that spark in his eyes.
