1) Handing Yalova Group Aş over Marmaris, and Tuna Family sell properties themselves
We evaluated Mr Nasser splitting and forming a further company by taking advantage of tax exemption. We gave up the demerging company as there are too many properties. Instead of this, we will take action related to possessing Yalova Group AŞ. This action is that the properties belonging to Tuna Family will be sold to persons or companies whom Tuna Family prefer. We decided that we put a pledges on Tuna Family's some properties for ongoing liabilities. You may find the protocol dated November 7, related to this matter.
Mr Gürkan prepares a table indicating that what properties will remain in Parties.
2)The Risks with respect to Taxes and The Sale to Tuna Family
a) Corporate Tax:
25% of difference between market value of properties and selling prices
b) VAT
[depending on house size] 1% or 20% , difference between market value of properties and selling price

I think it's fine not to capitalize the numbered bullets since they're so long (closer to sentences), but I'd at least make them consistent with each other.
Suggestion: cite the tax exemption.

I don't know what "Ş" is, as it's not an English character. I noticed it's capitalized here and not capitalized elsewhere. I would make them all consistent, but I don't know which is correct.
This action is thate selling of the properties belonging to the Tuna Ffamily will be sold to persons or companies whomthat the Tuna Family prefer.
We have decided that weo put a pledges on Tuna Ffamily's some properties for ongoing liabilities.
I'm not sure what you mean by "pledge" - like a fee?

I took a guess at what you meant here, but I wasn't sure.

It seems like this might be some sort of legal document, which is probably why no one has corrected it yet. Legal documents in the US use a different form of written English that can be pretty hard to understand (commonly referred to as "Legalese"). I did my best without knowing all the details, but I would highly recommend you have someone look over this with a legal background if so. You could try Fiverr.
