Ich lerne Deutsch(seit) 8 Monate(n) Deutsch und ich finde LangCorrect sehr interessant.
'Deutsch lernen' is regarded as one verb, which means the infamous 'Verbklammer' comes into effect: Every part of the verb that is not the conjugated verb itself is pushed right to the very back of the sentence.
Also, I would preferably write 'seit 8 Monaten', your solution works too though, but it puts a lot of stress on the duration of the stay, rather than on the simple fact that you arrived here 8 months ago.

Your sentence lacked a conjugated verb, so I extrapolated what you meant ('that I can/will learn a lot here') with a auxiliary/modal verb.

Of course a pretty basic text (hardly any advanced vocabulary/grammatical structures), but a pretty much faultless one, too.
