They are lively and like to play outside, so they looked reallylike they were really having fun. They are lively and like to play outside, so they looked like they were really having fun.

I'm not sure if this best conveys what you meant, but "look fun" is used more for indicating that something looks like it could be enjoyable, like in "This board game looks fun."

They are livelyenergetic and like to play outside, so they looked reallylike they were really having fun. They are energetic and like to play outside, so they looked like they were really having fun.

"Lively" is also fine, but I think I might say "energetic." "looked really fun" sounds like you think you would have fun because of the dogs. If the dogs are the ones who seem to be having fun, it needs the verb "have."

In fact, I carried a dog for the first time today, so I was very nervous for fear that I might drop dog.

In fact, I carried a dog for the first time today, so I was very nervous for fear that I might drop the dog. In fact, I carried a dog for the first time today, so I was very nervous for fear that I might drop the dog.

And I thought spending time with dogs can heal mind.ould be soothing! And I thought spending time with dogs could be soothing!

This sounds like it is supposed to contrast with the previous sentence, but the contrast wasn't clear in the original form. To make it, you could use an exclamation mark, to indicate surprise; combine the two sentences; or expand on this one.

And I thoughtink spending time with dogs can heal mindis good for your mental health. And I think spending time with dogs is good for your mental health.

"Thought" might sound like you used to think that way, but you don't anymore, so I changed it to "think."

I had a blast today!
