Today I finished my English course ,I obtained a diploma but I'm seriously considering a personal tutor, I felt disappointed because I obtained 5/10 in one exam I know it's expensive but I need to increase my English level B1 to B2 to increase my opportunities to find a better job or for my own business.

I think separating these into separate sentences sounds more natural. Also I think "got" fits better than "obtained" here.
