You don't hear people talk like this often, it sounds weird. You would either say "you have" or "you've got" a beautiful smile, and the second is much more casual.
I have a feeling something good is going to happen.
I get the feeling something good is going to happen.
This is grammatically correct, but it sounds old-fashioned. "I have a feeling something good is going to happen" is more modern.
I gotta feeling something good is going to happen.
This is very casual. In writing it looks weird, but in some accents they say it like this. Your best bet is to stick with "I have a feeling something good is going to happen," though. It sounds the most natural. :)

This is very very informal, but technically not incorrect. You would hear this structure a lot in the Southern United States, but never in formal situations. "I don't have a sister" is better. :)

"Get" is a weird verb. If you want to use it as "to have," you wouldn't use it in the present tense as "get," only as "got," like the example above. You would also need to use a form of "to have" before it. To me, "I don't get a sister" means you don't go out and buy a sister, which is what "get" is usually used for. "Go and get some bread from the store," for example.
Tip: if you say "I don't get something," it means you don't understand it. "I don't get this math problem" is used more than "I don't understand this math problem." :)
