How much time do you spend studying Japanese everyday?

'How much time do you spend' is a phrase for asking how long somebody does something, in this case how many minutes/hours everyday.

I study for about 3 hours every day.

How muchlong are you studying itgoing to study today?

'How much' in this case would mean how frequently or how much. 'How long' would mean for how much time.

I'm using future tense because the studying hasn't been done yet. If I'm wrong with my thinking correct me.

I took out 'it' because you already talked about studying Japanese before.

I'm studying it (have) studied for about 3 hours today.

Same reason for this 'it' taken out. You could add 'have' if you are planning to study more on the same day.

How much time is it gonna take?๏ผˆๆ™‚้–“ใฏใฉใ‚Œใใ‚‰ใ„ใ‹ใ‹ใ‚Šใใ†๏ผŸ

Gonna is slang for going. It doesn't matter if you are already familiar with the person.

How muchany hours do you study Japanese everyach day?

This is a more natural way of saying this. However, you'd be understood with what you had.

gonna is definitely correct in informal speech, but it looks weird when written out. I'd stick to spelling words out fully unless you are specifically writing about slang or informal speech.

Your English is getting better.

Thatโ€™s very kind of you to say.

You need to include the pronoun.

Thank you.

Nothing."You're welcome." OR "Of course".

If someone were complimenting you on your language skills, they would probably say "you're welcome" after you thanked them. They are giving you a sincere compliment. No one would ever say "Nothing." in response to being thanked.
