1-1 Usage of H"have"

B: It's been a while!

How have you been?

B: Do you have time now?

A: I have some errands to run, but I'm good for a little bit!

So what’s up?

B: What's he like?

A: I wanna have fun when things get tough.

B: I went into a bar in Japan, and it was really expensive.

A: Definitely, you've been had.

B: Wasn't it hard to stay home?

A: Yeah?

I like my alone time, so I had myself aa bit of me time.

A: I like to have wet areas clean and tidy.

This doesn't really work because you can't have a wet area that is also clean and tidy. I'm not sure what to suggest as a fix because I also don't quite understand what you mean by "wet areas" in the first place. That could refer to a lot of things.

A: Oh, you had your hair cut!

It looks good on you!

A: I’ll have done it by the time she comes back.

A: I’ll have been graduated one year nextago come April.

B: Did you see him the day before yesterday?

A: Yeah, he seemsed to have beenbe busy.

B: My car rubbscraped against another car.

I regret having been so careless.

A: But, I'm really relieved it wasn't against peoplyou didn't hit anyone.

B: Do you have pet?

A: I have two Java sparrows, a killifish, and shrimps.

A: Do you have change?

B: How much?

A: Give me 33 yen.

I have bills to pay ato go to the convenience store, so do you want me to get you something?

You have a sweet voice.

He had the kindnesswas kind enough to take me there. / He kindly took me there.

A: Super fun?

I’d like to have my shirt cleaned.

She had me walking around the whole day trying to find the clothes she wants for whole dayed.

But iIt was a dreamy time.

Again, someone had the air conditioner on.

B: Ready to order?

A: I'll have this.

It seems I have no choice but to do it.

You should' have the doctor take a look on.

"Should've" cannot not be used when giving advice, only when telling someone what would have been best for them to have done in the past.

B: How' will you have your streak?

A: I’ll have it rare, please.

B:. Whicho's stronger, you or him?

A: About the same.

I had him beat before though.

B: When did you last have your hair cut?

A: Like,About half a year ago.

B: What would you have me do?

This is grammatically fine, but one would typically just ask "What would you like/What do you need me to do?".

A: So... MCan you make copies of these?

A: John was hadving a go at her tonightearlier.

Using "tonight" here feels awkward. If you are talking to someone and using past tense and talking about "tonight", that means that you are currently still in that time of "tonight". In that case, saying "earlier (this evening)" makes more sense.

B: Why?

A: I don't know.

I won’t have you to her being so rude to her.

Why do you have such an attitude?

The world would be closer to equality if all the haves gave a little of their surplus to the have-nots.

A: Can I have this booklet?

B: Of course!

Feel free to dotake it!

B: I have a confession to make.

A: In fact, justrted two seconds ago I farted.

"In fact" makes it sound like you're contradicting or adding on to information that someone else already provided.

A: In Japanese movie theaters, you're not allowed to havbring in outside food or drinks in.

B: So I can't eat or drink anything?

A: It's ok to buy it from a movie theater concession stand.

I'm wondering if I should' have my wisdom teeth taken out.

B: I feel like she hates me.

A: Why?

She has to be mistaken.

He has it over meme beaten in everything.

TI'm totally defeated.

But, no one has anything on me.

Oh, have mercy.

She must have it in for me, I don’t know why.

"Must've" is only used when taking guesses at what someone likely did in the past. It cannot be contracted here.

But sShe always ignores me.

You seem to start a lot of sentences with "but". It would be better to drop it, or to combine these sentences with the previous ones using "but" as the conjunction.

I wanna havetalk it out with you until we both agree.

"Have it out with you" makes it sound like you want to argue with them.

BuNot she's not having anywayure what you mean here.

I wanted to have amy way with her.

Be careful with this sentence. Saying you want to "have your way with someone" often implies taking advantage of them in a sexual way.

But I've had it.

It's over.

The current situation's a is natural retribution for all the bad things I've done.

I’m having've had it coming to mfor a while.

ButHowever, I’ll surely crawlmake my way up from here.

A: I have him down as a really kind person.

B: Why?

B: I can't explain it well, but anyway, he's kind.

I decided to have it out with him about hims being late to every time goingwe go out.

1-2 Usage of "enough"

B: Yeah.

I'm totally full.

A: Are you warm enough?

B: Yeah.

sSome people were kind enough to donate to this charity.

My eyes' are getting tired.

I wannat to get a little enough sleep now.

You're cute enough just as you' are now.

Be careful with contractions. I understand why you're doing it, but some words can only be contracted in certain positions/usages.

1-3 Usage of "money"

Can I pay with plastic money?

He's making money hand over fist.

For my money, he get good money.

This sentence doesn't make sense.

You finally became new money, huh?

I get what you mean, but "new money" is a descriptor and usually wouldn't be used in this way.

She married into money.

They paid money down ato my bank.

I've never done a money orders before and would like to try it.

1-4 Usage of "book"

WI'm wondering if I should study bookkeeping.

It's the oldest trick in the book in Japan.

You can’t judge a book by its cover.

"It's" = "it is"

B: Did you already book?

This sentence would be better if it had an object (the flight tickets, the hotel, etc.) but I suppose in a real life situation, what needs to be booked would be clear.

A: YNot yet, why?

That's a lot of books.

Did you buy all of them?
