I'd like to speak English naturally, and not like a textbook, so please correct me as accurately as possible so that I can speak like a native!

Present perfect 2
まだ勉強してる状態だし、結婚はもうしてる状態だからareではなくhave been.要はそれを完了しし続けてる状態。
現在完了形 have[has] ＋過去分詞。これかもずっとのイメージ。もしくは過去から現在までの継続した時間。「継続」「経験」「完了」状態動詞はこっちにすることが多い。元々進行形にならない動詞（like、beなど）なら、普通はこれ。
-現在完了進行形 have[has] been ＋ 〜 ingか形容詞。一時的なイメージ。現在まだ完了してなくて進行中。「動き」、「動画的」な意味合いを含むことから、「〜し続けている」という感覚が非常に強くなるのがこのhave been doingの表現です。何かをやっている期間は大体これ。
have doneは「（過去の出来事、経験を）今も持っている」、have been doingは「（連続している動作）をやってきている」

ちがう。まだ一年くらいだよ。

Grammatically correct but it is a bit unclear what you are saying. Do you mean you know them very well or that you should know them very well but don't?
