For graduation, I bought Lego flowers for my best friends. I think it was a good choice because the flowers won't wither and they are good for decoration. The flowers I bought were Magnolia, Camellia, Carnation, Rose, Peony, Chrysanthemum, etc. Personally, I like Chrysanthemum because it is pretty and has good meanings. I hope my friends will love the present.
The flowers I bought were Mmagnolias, Ccamellias, Ccarnations, Rrose, Peonys peonies, Cchrysanthemums, etcand some others.
Etc. Only works if you establish the category first.
Ex.
He loves to eat plants like fruits, vegetables, beans, etc.✅
He loves to eat fruits, vegetables, beans, etc. ❌ (what else fits into the category? Only plants? Are we talking about food in general? Is it only ingredients or can we talk about processed foods and cuisines as well? It's not clear)
If you only bought the listed flowers then add “and” before the last flower in the list. If you bought more, use what I wrote.
Personally, I like Cchrysanthemums because it isthey are pretty and hasve good meanings.
Plural - you don't only like a single, specific chrysanthemum but chrysanthemums in general.

I hope your friends like your flowers!

Your version is also correct. I corrected this just to show a different (perhaps higher level) version of the same sentence.
