Routine

"I need to do it, but I don't want to." It has been the most common phrase on my life. One of the resolutions that I made in the start of the year was learning English and French. Actually my french level improved so much, so I can fell a half happy and proud of myself, but on the other hand I haven't done my best in English, so I needed to do something.

I sometimes know when something is good for me, obviously which I study hard I'll learn faster, but the most difficult part is toward the procrastination line. To fight it, the routine is the best armor.

The routine makes me comfortable, with it I don't need to think about what am I doing or what am I going to do, I just do the same every day. This is awesome because I don't need to be animated with I'm doing, I just do it. Whatever, like everything isn't perfect, it isn't the solution for all my needs.

The routine makes me to much comfortable, furthermore I don't improve some skills that I need when they aren't on the daily routine, and to do it, I always need to toward or the procrastination line, or the routine prison line, which either is very hard.

Finally, the routine is something desirable, but you can't stay to much time doing the same old grind, so sometimes you need to change it. With it, you can always improve yourself.

Actually, my French level improved so much that I can feel somewhat happy and proud of myself, but on the other hand, I haven't done the best in English, so I needed to do something about it.

"Actually" is a transition word in this sentence, so it needs a comma. "French" is a proper noun (language), so it needs to be capitalized. You can't feel "a half happy", but rather "somewhat happy" - but it means the same thing. You should say "I needed to do something about it", because that means you are going to do change something about your English learning. Without the "about it", it's unclear.
