Could you please help by correcting anything that's wrong or unnatural in my sentences?
You can change the order of the sentences, or do whatever you want!
I'd like to learn some common phrases and slang! 🙇‍♂️
Also, I'd like to get your advice on talking to foreigners.
I look forward to your constructive comments.✍️

By the way, "A" is me and "B" is a foreigner.

B: Excuse me.
A: Hi, what’s wrong?
B: I'm looking for a store called Metro, do you know where it is?
A: Metro?
B: Yes.
A: Sorry, I'm not quite sure. Are you in a rush?
B: No, not really.
A: I have some time so I can find it on my phone and take you there, if you want?
B: Oh, really?
A: Of course!
B: Thank you!
A: Anyways, what kind of store is it?
B: It’s a wholesale market. It sells groceries like Costco.
A: Ok. Is it spelled like M-E-T-O-R-O?
B: No. It’s M-E-T-R-O.
A: Oh, M-E-T-R-O. Ok. It's in this city, right?
B: Ah~, probably.
A: Okay, haha.
B: Wait a sec, I'll check again too.
A: Is this it?
B: Oh, yeah. Yes, that's it!!
A: A: Hang on a sec, I'll search the route. Oh, it said it’s about a 5-minute walk from here. This way then. Let's go.
B: Alright, let’s go.
A: Ah, wait. Oh... M, G...It's closed today.
B: Seriously?
A: Yeah, it says so.
B: Oh...gosh.
A: Haha. Gotcha!
B: Heyyy!
A: Sorry, I've been wanting to say "gotcha", haha. As long as I live in Japan, I don't have many opportunities to talk with foreigners.
Did you really believe me?
B: Yeah. You got me. Which is it really? haha.
A: The truth is, it’s open. Don’t worry.
B: Oh, okay, haha.
I'm glad to hear that.
A: Yeah. Good for you.
Anyways, why would you go to a wholesale market when you came all the way here to Japan?

B: Excuse me.

A: Hi, what’s wrong?

B: I'm looking for a store called Metro, do you know where it is?

A: Metro?

B: Yes.

A: Sorry, I'm not quite sure.

Are you in a rush?

B: No, not really.

A: I have some time so I can find it on my phone and take you there, if you want?

B: Oh, really?

A: Of course!

B: Thank you!

A: Anyways, what kind of store is it?

Your sentence is not incorrect, but feels a bit unnatural to me.
That may be because I am British though :)
I would say "So, what kind of store is it?"

As an extra note it is OK to say "anyways" in casual speech, but if you are in a more formal situation its better to use "anyway".

B: It’s a wholesale market.

It sells groceries like Costco.

A: Ok. Is it spelled like M-E-T-O-R-O?

B: No.

A: Oh, M-E-T-R-O.

Ok.

It's in this city, right?

Other ways to say this which sound more natural to me are:

"There is one in this city, right?"
"Are you sure there is one in this city?"

B: Ah~, probably.

A: Okay, haha.

B: Wait a sec, I'll check again too.

A: Is this it?

B: Oh, yeah.

Yes, that's it!!

A: A: Hang on a sec, I'll search the route.

Other ways to say this which sound more natural to me are:
"Hang on a sec, I'll check the route."
"Hang on a sec, I'll find the route."

Oh, it saidys it’s about a 5-minute walk from here.

This way then.

Let's go.

B: Alright, let’s go.

Oh... M, MG... It's closed today.

If you want to emphasis the way you are saying OMG then I think "O...M...G... It's closed today." is fine :)

B: Yeah.

You got me.

Which iIs it really closed though?

"Which is it really?" sounds a little odd.

haha.

A: The truth is, it’s open.

Don’t worry.

B: Oh, okay, haha.

I'm glad to hear that.

A: Yeah.

Good for you.

Feedback

This is a really good role-play of casual speech. :)

Which iIs it really closed though?

I wanna express a situation where B is really asking which is true or lie.
Or does "Is it really open though?" also works?

Or
"Which one is actually right?"

How's this?

"Is it really open though?" also works :)

"Which one is actually right?" makes sense, but perhaps "Which one is actually true?" would be slightly better.
