I feel like we all care at first about looks even if we don’t want to admit because it is morally wrong. I feel like girls are judged on how they look way more often than guys.At the same time guys are judged based on the social status most often.

"On the other hand" sounds better and just goes better with the context of your message. You could use "at the same time" if you wanted to, though. It works, though it is a little bit of an awkward word choice.
