Getting better, Getting harder

Recently I have spent a lot of time to exercise.

Jogging one hour for seven days.

Jumping rope half hour for seven days.

The good side, I manage to loss few pounds and I become a little more confidence.

The bad side…I can’t tell at the moment.

But now I see a problem.

If I don’t look for improvement and just keeping exercise.

That is not difficult because I already did that.

But if I want to improve as compare to current status.

That is difficult.

Right now I jogging one hour about 8km.

If I want to increase just 1km (9km) is not easy at all.

Better change nothing at the moment.

The goodOn the bright side, I managed to losse few pounds and I become a little more confidence.

"On the good side" also works.

The badOn the not-so-bright side…I can’t tell at the moment.

"On the bad side" also works

That is not difficult because I already did that.

You can combine your sentences: If I don’t look for improvement and just keep exercising, that isn't difficult because I'm already doing that.

That is difficult.

Combine sentences: "But if I want to improve on my previous state, that is difficult."

If I want to increase just 1km (9km)for a total of 9km, that is not easy at all.

You can combine sentences here too: Right now I'm jogging 8km in an hour, but if I want to jog/run another 1 km (for a total of 9km), that isn't an easy thing to do.

BTherefore it's better to change nothing at the moment.

That is difficult.
