German university
After I realize study in German university requires no tuition fee.
I continue search other Europe countries regarding their education policy.
I was surprise that most of them are same. (FOC)
In Norway you will get pay too.

As Chinese when I learn Japanese, I got an advantage of knowing Chinese characters.
As Asian to learn European language, I think is more difficult compare to a western person.
