Funny memory

I had a drive license in pandemy and because of the quarantie, the prosecess continued till the next year. I also failed two times in the exam, that's why I could never have a good driver. Besides this, I was trying to learn it continuously, and I want to drive my brother's car one day with my mom who is also do not know drive a car. We do not let my father know and depart from our home with my brother's car. We arrive to our destination with any trouble after that, the conversation start about my brother's car in family. We were arguing some technical issue about the automobiles and they use the word "Pull-up reverse gear". I got confused and asked them the what does it mean the notion of 'pull-up reverse gear'? Now they shocked, and asked me "Do you really do not know the what is 'pull-up reverse gear'? I only look them with the same expression and said only: "No".
"How did you park it?" It really did not make sense for them.
"I parked head-in just in one move"
"OMG! You are driving a car, without learn it's most important parts! What were you do if you need to go back up?"
"I do not know either..." Everyone started to laugh including me. However, my brother reprimanded me. It was embrassing!

Pandemi döneminde sürücü ehliyeti aldım ve karantinadan dolayı süreç bir sonraki yıla uzadı. Ayrıca sınavda da iki kez başarısız oldum, bu yüzden hiçbir zaman iyi bir sürücü olamadım. Bunun yanı sıra devamlı öğrenmeye çalıştım ve bir gün, yine benim gibi araba sürmeyi bilmeyen annemle birlikte abimin arabasını kullanmak istedim. Babama abimin arabasını aldığımıza dair haber vermedik. Varacağımız yere sorunsuz ulaştık, sonrasında aile arasında abimin arabasıyla ilgili bir sohbet geçti. Arabanın teknik kısımlarıyla ilgili konuşuyorduk, o sırada "mandallı geri vitese atmak" kavramı kullanldı. Kafam karıştı ve oradakilere 'mandallı geri vites' nasıl oluyor diye sordum. Ben bunu sorunca hepsi şok oldu, gerçekten bilmiyor musun mandallı geri vitesi diye sordular. Onlara aynı ifadeyle düz bir şekilde bakıp "Hayır." dedim.
"E nasıl park ettin sen arabayı?" Gerçekten anlam veremiyorlardı.
"Kafadan tek hamlede girdim park edeceğim yere."
"Oha! Arabanın en önemli parçalarını öğrenmeden eline alıyorsun. Geri geri gitmen gerekse ne yapıcaktın?"
"Ben de bilmiyorum..." Ben dahil herkes gülmeye başladık. Ama abim sonrasında beni bayağı kötü azarladı. Utanç vericiydi.
