I made a title search (of a vehicle) request before and heard that the requested document was mailed before last Tuesday. But the document did not arrive yet at the destination. I am also worrying that it could have been mailed to the wrong address because the check and request form's addresses didn't match.

Could you let me know any tracking information on the mailed document? And what options do I have if the mail will not arrive until the end of next week?

I am also worryingied that it could have been mailed to the wrong address because the check and request form's addresses didn't match.

Could you explain why you think "worried" is more fitting than "worrying"? I saw some articles on the difference, saying that the first is an adjective, and the second is the present continuous. But still, I can't grasp which is the common expression in my situation. Of course, that possible issue of confusion made me worried, but I was also worrying about that when I made the inquiry.

"I am worried" is much more commonly used than "I am worrying." As you wrote, in the first, the form of 'worry' is an adjective (a "past participle") and the second it expresses ongoing action. If someone asks "What are you doing?" you might reply "I'm worrying." but if they ask "How are you feeling?" you would reply "I am worried" or "I feel worried." For the sentence I corrected, your intention is more like

"I also feel worried that it could have been mailed..."
(This is how I feel and why)

than
"I am doing a lot of worrying about it being mailed..."
(This is what I am doing)

Now that I write it out I see how subtle this is. "I am worrying" isn't wrong but it is less natural.
