Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in reply to your rental housing advert that you posted, and I would like to schedule an appointment to view the property as soon as possible. Before doing so, I would like to request some additional information regarding the rental. Could you please provide me details regarding the rental such as the monthly rent, lease rent, and any other information that you think could be relevant for me to know? Additionally, I was wondering if you would be so kind to send me some more pictures so that I may have a better idea of its condition. Furthermore, it would be helpful to know if any utilities are included in the rent.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration in this matter. I hope to hear back from you soon to arrange a viewing at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfully,
Sergio

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in reply to your rental housing advert isement (that you posted), and I would like to schedule an appointment to view the property as soon as possible.
Since it's a formal email, we'd write out "advertisement."
Before doing so, I would like to request some additional information (regarding the rental).
We know you're writing in regards to the rental so you don't need to mention it again.
CWould you please provide me details regarding the rental such as the monthly rent, lease rent, and any other information that you think could be relevant for me to know?
Additionally, I was wondering if you would be so kind as to send me some more pictures so that I may have a better idea of its conditionwhat it looks like.
"better idea of its condition" sounds kind of rude and you also don't want to telegraph your intent in case you do.
Furthermore, it would be helpful to know if any utilities are included in the rent.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration in this matter.
I hope to hear back from you soon to arrange a viewing at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfulSincerely,
In the US, this is much more common in a formal email. I don't think I've ever seen anyone use "Yours faithfully."
