Thank you so much, people who's correcting me, from the bottom of my heart because I never had someone to practice with, someone who can correct me when I was learning languages by myself.
Learning any language has been a challenge for me and you are making it easier to face. I don't know how to express how grateful I am.
I made a lot of mistakes in this learning path and I would like to know how can I help you too.
Don't forget you're amazing, like a hero, helping other people to learn your own language, you're the best.
Everytime I'm wrong I'm so embarrased and I can't help but feel happy, really happy, if I'm wrong that means that I'm improving as a human being.
Let's do our best, life is short and I will try to help you too with languages.
Thank you.
For you.

Since 'people' is plural you should say 'people who are correcting me' or 'people who correct me' rather than 'people who is correcting me'
Learning any language has been a challenge for me and you are making it easier to face.
I don't know how to express how grateful I am.
I made a lot of mistakes in this learning pathjourney and I would like to know how can I help you too.
'learning journey' is a more common collocation than 'learning path', but both are correct.
Don't forget you're amazing, like a hero, helping other people to learn your own language,; you're the best.
It is a bit of a run-on sentence, so you could use a semicolon as I did here or a period and make 'You're the best.' it's own sentence.
Every time I'm wrong I'm so embarrassed andbut I can't help but feel happy, really happy, i. If I'm wrong that means that I'm improving as a human being.
The meaning is a bit confusing, do you mean to use 'but' instead of 'and'? Also, be careful with run-on sentences.
Let's do our best, life is short and I will try to help you too with languages.
Thank you.
