For those who understand Japanese, please!

Today, I would like to ask you some questions about the use of present participles of verbs. I know that participles function as adjectives in some cases and adverbs in other cases. Here are some examples to explain.
1: Bedtime is a relaxing time for me.
2: I enjoy spending time relaxing in bed
I think that in the sentence 1, “relaxing” is used as an adjective while “relaxing” in the sentence 2 is used as an adverb. Is this right? If so, how about the next sentence 3?
3: I am busy working from home.
In this case, can “working” be considered an adverb?

Likewise, I will analyze the next pair of sentences.
4: I received an email regarding tomorrow’s meeting.
5: Regarding tomorrow’s meeting, we need to prepare more.
“Regarding” in the senetcne1 functions as an adjective and the one in the sentence 2 functions as an adverb. Is this true?

The problem is the following sentence.
6: I took some photos of him cooking in the kitchen.
Who was cooking, him or me? I know it’s hard for me to take photos while cooking, but it is not impossible. To avoid this uncertainty, can I paraphrase it as follows?
“I took some photos of him who were cooking in the kitchen.”

Next question is about how to translate the following sentence into Japanese.
7: Loving him, she doesn’t mind taking care of him.
One option is 「彼女は彼を愛しているので、彼の世話をすることは気にしません」
The other is 「彼を愛している彼女は、彼の世話をすることは気にしません」
Could you tell me which one is appropriate? Thank you in advance.

Feedback

Your analysis of the present participle being an adjective or an adverb in sentences 1-5 is correct.
Sentence 6 is ambiguous as you point out.
Since you know Japanese better than me, I don't think I should tell you which Japanese option is better lol, but I will say that the second translation is more faithful to the syntactic structure, although both translations convey the same thing.
