I wasn’t able to do weight training for about two weeks because I was really busy, so after finishing my exams and school, I’ve been doing hard weight training lately. I’m also busy right now, but not as much as before.
2週間ぐらい忙しくて筋トレをできていなかったので、最近キツいメニューを沢山している。今も忙しいが、前よりかは時間がある。
