Bonjour,
Hello
My name is Dove. I know today is January and Friday the 3rd
I really don't know how to construct my sentances very well, please be kind but I'm going to work super hard to learn

Two ways of putting it in French
Bonjour, Je m'appelle Dove.
We also typically say "nous sommes" to introduce specific dates
French date format = (article) + day of the week + (cardinal) number + month => le vendredi 3 janvier
Ordinal numbers are only used for "premier" => "le premier mai", but "le deux mai"
Neither days of the week nor month names are written with an uppercase => mercredi, samedi, avril, septembre, mars...
