Yesterday I ordered from Aliexpress some items that I needed from Aliexpress, like a phone case and some rings.

This iIt was the first and maybe the last time I'mve orderinged something from there and maybe the last, because a lot of people have a negative opinions about Aliexpress.

What you wrote sounds fine but I think it's more correct to put "I've ordered" after "first time" and then add "maybe the last" later, because that way you aren't confusing the verb tenses

I guess I just have to wait and see for myself what will happen for myself.

What you wrote is correct but in my opinion putting "for myself" at the end sounds more natural
