Hi there, dear reader who's correcting me, I hope this could help you to be more happy.
As Aristotle concluded, people is always looking for happiness, everything we want is valued for how happy I'll be if I get/do this.
We can not be happy by justh conciously searching for it.
Today that hasn't changed, we are searching for hapiness, and we didn't notice that though.
The problem is ¿where are we looking for happiness?
You can see, as humans we tend to adapt and when we seek happiness out with extrinsic rewards
(which means someting external like fame, money, appreciation, etc. we adapt to that reward, for example:
When I seek fame out on Instagram, and my followers increase I tend to adapt, now I don't care if I had 4 more followers and I want more.
That's called hedonic adaptation, and as long as you get more followers you'll not be happier.
So ¿what really makes you happy? ¿How can you solve that problem?
You can have hedonic resilience just doing things for its own sake, this works because if your resources to be happy are yourself you can be happy anytime, anywhere.
Two other solutions:
- Be grateful, use this formula: whenever I complain at something I will think in something that I'm grateful for.
-Negative imagining: Imagine you loose all your important things, persons, etc.
Summary from the books "reality is broken" and "flow".
Have a nice day!
Finding your true happiness
We can not be happy by justh conciousonly searching for it consciously.
A couple of spelling errors and the word choices were a bit awkward.
Today that, nothing hasn't changed, w. We are still searching for happiness, and we didn't notice that though without realising it.
I think you may have used google translate or have literally translated. It is a bit awkward so I have written a more natural way of writing it.
The problem is ¿But where are we looking for happiness?it? That's the problem.
You can see, as humans, we tend to adapt to and when we seekattach our happiness tout with extrinsic rewardsmotivations.
I know what you were trying to say but again, it is a bit forced.
(which means someting external like fame, money, appreciation, etc. wee.g. fame, money, praise etc.) Our brains adapt to that type of reward, f. For example:
W, when I seek fame out on Instagram, and I gain Instagramy followers, increase I tend to adapt, now I don't care if I had 4 more followers and I want more.
That's called hedonic adaptation, and as long as you get more followers you'll not be happier.
t doesn't matter if I get 4 new followers, I always want more due to this adaptation. This is called hedonic adaptation, it doesn't matter how many more followers you get, you will never be happy.¶

So ¿what realtruly makes yous happy? ¿How can yoube solve thatis problem?
You can have One solution is hedonic resilience (just doing things for its own sake, t). This works because if your resourcesall you need to be happy areis yourself, you can be happy anytime, and anywhere.
T There are also two other solutions:
- Be grateful, use this formula: w. Firstly, be grateful. Whenever I complain about something, I will think inabout something that I' am grateful for.
-N Secondly, negative imagining: Imagine you loose all your important things, persons, etc.

Have a nice day!. This is when you imagine what would happen if you last everything that is important to you, objects, loved ones etc.
Feedback
You are writing about quite complex issues and you should be very proud of your attempt. I even learned something from this piece.
Even if parts are a bit awkward, it is always clear what you are trying to say.
I think you should focus on punctuation and capital letters because they are what made this hard to understand.
